When does the 6 Hours Base Package start?

We will arrive about 2-3 hours before our official start time to setup. This setup time (no more than 3 hours before) is included in our base package. Our 6 hours starts when we start to play music, make announcements, or use our equipment in anyway for your event. 


Examples:

Base Package: You are having a wedding reception from 4pm – 10pm (6 Hours). We will arrive at 2pm to begin setting up and your total balance is $1800. After the $400 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, the remaining balance of $1400 is due two days before your event.

Base Package with More Time: You’re having a wedding reception from 4pm-11pm (7 Hours). We will arrive at 2pm to begin setting up and your total balance is $2000. After the $400 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, the remaining balance of $1600 is due two days before your event.

Base Package with Ceremony: You’re having a wedding ceremony start at 4pm followed by a reception from 4:30pm-10pm (6 Hours). We will arrive at 1pm to begin setting up both sound systems and your total balance is $2000. After the $400 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, the remaining balance of $1600 is due two days before your event.
