When does the 4 Hours Base Package start?

We will arrive about 2-3 hours before our official start time to setup. This setup time (no more than 3 hours before) is included in our base package. Our 4 hours starts when we start to play music, make announcements, or use our equipment in anyway for your event. 


Examples:

Base Package: You are having a wedding reception from 6pm – 10pm (4 Hours). We will arrive at 4pm to begin setting up and your total balance is $999. After the $199 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, the remaining balance of $800 is due two days before your event.

Base Package with More Time: You’re having a wedding reception from 5pm-10pm (5 Hours). We will arrive at 3pm to begin setting up and your total balance is $1,099. After the $199 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, the remaining balance of $900 is due two days before your event.  

Base Package with More Time and Ceremony: You’re having a wedding ceremony start at 4pm followed by a reception from 4:30pm-10pm (6 Hours). We will arrive at 1pm to begin setting up both sound systems and your total balance is $1,399. After the $199 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee, the remaining balance of $1,200 is due two days before your event.
